What you need to know before the demo.
No. Once the electrodes are placed on the wrists and ankles, the session runs on its own. The practitioner can see other patients. And, for hands-on treatment, it can be used with the patient at the same time: rehabilitation, psychological therapy, and so on.
It depends on the condition. Published studies show measurable effects from session 6–8 on functional outcomes, consolidating between session 12 and 20. At least twice a week, sessions of 55 minutes.
Pacemakers, pregnancy and active implanted electronic devices. Otherwise: very safe. It is low-frequency microcurrent, not strong electrical stimulation.

No. TENS blocks pain at the periphery; EMS stimulates muscle contraction. NESA modulates the autonomic nervous system from the limbs via the peripheral nerves. The mechanism, frequency and intensity are entirely different.
